We will gladly provide a refund when you request three business days prior to the first class date. There will be a 10% handling charge for all refund requests, unless otherwise noted within the course description.
If a class is cancelled, all participants will receive a full refund in the same manner in which they paid. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed from the date the class is cancelled.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, locations and times may be changed during the quarter. If we cannot contact you by phone or mail, we will post the correct information at the class location listed in the class catalog.
Your safety is our first concern; in the event of inclement weather please use your best judgement in deciding to attend classes. If inclement weather is anticipated the main page of the Clark College web site, http://www.clark.edu, will be updated with closures. Economic and Community Development (ECD) follows the College's inclement weather decisions for classes and events on the College's main campus, Columbia Tech Center (CTC), and Corporate Education Building in downtown Vancouver. For classes and events at non-College facilities students will be contacted by ECD staff if classes or events are cancelled.
