Clark College's Economic & Community Development (ECD) campus is Southwest Washington's leading institution for workforce training and non-credit learning, serving more than 10,000 people annually.
ECD's Customized Learning provides many local businesses, nonprofits, healthcare and government organizations with training, leadership development and technical and business analysis tools.
ECD also provides Community Education, for Personal Enrichment and Recreation & Wellness offerings; Mature Learning and; Professional Development for Workplace and Technology courses that allow individuals and small businesses an opportunity to enhance employee skills and abilities with classes in healthcare certification, flagging certification, trades and technology.
ECD has three locations in Southwest Washington. ECD classes are offered in the heart of downtown Vancouver at the Columbia Bank Building, and the Columbia Tech Center, in East Vancouver. All campus locations offer easy access from Interstate 5, Highway 14 and nearby Interstate 205. ECD also offers classes on Clark College's main campus in Vancouver.
